The XYLOG 520 is either PTO, engine, or electrically driven and uses a carbide circular saw blade with a maximum diameter of 1300 mm to easily cut diameters of up to 520mm with cutting lengths adjustable from 200mm to 500mm.
The adjustable log section splits from 30 to 250 mm with 2 ‘V’- shaped blades producing 22 tons of power.
The operator-friendly cab includes a comfortable seat, sound proofing, air con, heating, and even a radio.
It has a hydraulically movable output conveyor which is orientated by 40°, and a screening system, which uses hedgehog rollers.
Using remote draining and easy access to hydraulic and electric chambers the maintenance for this machine is simple. It can connect to wifi for fast and efficient technical support even from a distance.

The cutting length is managed hydraulically with a lateral movement with sawing parts, including the 2 feeding conveyor in V shape.
The length wood stop retracts itself hydraulically during the cut.
