Rabaud XYLOPACK

The XYLOPACK is an industrial bagging machine with a hydraulic vibrating system for better positioning  of the logs for palleting.  Different sized rectangular jigs can be used to fit different sized pallets. The pallets are then packaged in either stretch, water-tight plastic film (for dry wood) or net (for green wood).

The reel support has an adjustable tension system through a restrained roller. This can be accessed by the operator who can modify the net tension, number of turns and the timing of the drum.

The machine is radiocontrolled and the hydraulic unit runs on a  3-phased electric engine (7.5 kw).

Options include a sifter, conveyor and discharge chute.
