The 840D – Listening to our customers’ needs has always been one of Cast Group’s distinguishing features. Thanks to the feedback received over the years, the R&D department has refined our already popular 800 Series, implementing every technical trick suggested to make this multifunctional vehicle even more versatile and efficient.

Cast Group quality is fully reflected in this new model, which is designed to offer superior modularity and accessibility, along with optimised operator comfort.

Improved tyres and a wider track width provide greater stability and superior grip and require adequate protection from mud splashes. For this reason, Cast Group has introduced new mudguards at the vehicle’s rear, ensuring optimal protection in all working conditions.

In line with the excellence of the 800 Series, every component has been made from high-quality materials and designed to last, offering reliability even in the most demanding situations.
